Careers at SI Robotics

We’re not hiring employees. We’re onboarding pioneers.

SI Robotics is building what others say is impossible: a full-stack humanoid robotics platform, made in Europe, engineered for hyperscale, and powered by reinforcement learning and proprietary bionic actuators. Our mission is to solve the global labor crisis through general-purpose robotics. We design every component ourselves—from motors to firmware to data pipelines—because that’s what it takes to win.

We don’t optimise for comfort. We optimise for speed, depth, and ambition. If you’ve been waiting your whole life to work on something that truly matters—this is it.

Role: Robotics API Architect (Physical Agent OS)

Define the protocol between machines and minds.

Every humanoid needs an operating system for its body. Not just firmware—but an elegant, scalable interface for physical agency. Your work becomes the layer between AI and actuation.

Your mission

  • Design the core robotics API controlling motors, sensors, and feedback loops

  • Standardize high-level action primitives (e.g. "grasp object", "climb ladder")

  • Architect sandboxed plugin models for AI-driven apps

  • Build telemetry interfaces and reflex override systems

  • Ensure hard real-time performance and safety compliance

  • Deep into ROS2, DDS, RTOS, or micro-ROS land

  • Passionate about developer experience in physical robotics APIs

  • Obsessed with latency, determinism, and system integrity

  • Thinking 10 years ahead: "What’s the TCP/IP of humanoid control?"

Design a real-time, secure, extensible control API that abstracts humanoid capabilities for AGI partners, third-party devs, and internal autonomy stacks.

Why it matters

Our API is the interface between our bots and the AGI that will one day control them. You’re building the language of physical autonomy.
