Careers at SI Robotics

We’re not hiring employees. We’re onboarding pioneers.

SI Robotics is building what others say is impossible: a full-stack humanoid robotics platform, made in Europe, engineered for hyperscale, and powered by reinforcement learning and proprietary bionic actuators. Our mission is to solve the global labor crisis through general-purpose robotics. We design every component ourselves—from motors to firmware to data pipelines—because that’s what it takes to win.

We don’t optimise for comfort. We optimise for speed, depth, and ambition. If you’ve been waiting your whole life to work on something that truly matters—this is it.

Role: Physical AI Simulation Engineer (Isaac Sim / NVIDIA)

Build the simulation layer of a humanoid nation.

Everything we do starts in simulation. Before a robot walks, it must learn to fall. Before it learns to lift, it must learn its own weight. As our Simulation Engineer, you’re not making pretty visuals—you’re building the virtual physics lab where entire generations of bots are trained.

Your mission

  • Design full digital twins of warehouses, construction sites, and factory floors

  • Integrate URDFs and custom mesh models into Isaac Sim

  • Build RL-compatible interfaces for training bots on locomotion, manipulation, and error recovery

  • Simulate joint dynamics, collisions, sensor noise, and latency

  • Collaborate with ML team to train and validate sim-to-real policies

  • Know Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, or Unity like an artist knows a brush

  • Have built RL environments that actually train usable policies

  • Are fluent in simulation scripting (Python / C++ / USD / ROS2)

  • Are obsessed with realism, friction models, and physical edge cases

Develop high-fidelity, industrial-grade simulation environments that reflect the physical laws and edge cases our humanoids must learn to navigate.

Why it matters

Everyone wants to train bots in the real world—until one falls on your foot. Simulation is where we scale safely. The better your environments, the faster our bots learn.
